- Minimum Order We accept orders from a minimum of 100 kg.
- Delivery & Shipping Shipment from our Malatya, Giresun and Maku (Iran) locations to all provinces of Türkiye and for export. Freight arrangement and cost sharing are agreed per order.
- Payment Advance or on terms; conditions are clarified during the quotation. Our prices are updated according to the exchange rate and raw-material costs — contact us for a current quote. Our bank details are shared only at the quotation and contract stage, through a verified channel.
- Export (Incoterms) For international shipments we work on an EXW (ex works) and FOB (free on board) basis; the delivery point is clarified by agreement with the buyer.

Sulphured apricot keeps its bright orange colour and oxidises more slowly; natural apricot contains no sulphur, its colour is closer to brown, and it is preferred in markets seeking a "clean label". SO₂ labelling rules apply in the EU market.
