Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by Haroğlu Tarım Ürünleri Gıda İnşaat Yazılım Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Haroğlu International” or the “Company”), acting as the data controller, within the scope explained below.

2. Personal Data Processed
When you fill in the contact/quote form on our website, or contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail, the following personal data may be processed:
- Identity data: first name, last name
- Contact data: phone number, e-mail address, delivery country/province
- Customer/transaction data: the company you represent, the product requested, quantity/tonnage and other information you share in your message
- Transaction security data: the date the form was submitted and technical records
3. Purposes of Processing
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Preparing a price quote in line with your request and sending it to you
- Answering your questions about our products and services and communicating with you
- Carrying out order and supply processes
- Establishing and maintaining the contractual and commercial relationship
- Fulfilling our legal obligations and using the data as evidence in any future disputes
4. Legal Grounds for Processing
Your personal data is processed on the following legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:
- Being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract
- Being mandatory for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations
- Being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms
- Where none of the above grounds apply, the existence of your explicit consent
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, to authorised public institutions within the scope of legal obligations, to the logistics/courier companies we work with for product delivery, and to the technical infrastructure (form/e-mail) providers from which we receive services. Where the nature of your request requires it (for example, an export delivery), your data may be transferred abroad solely for the purpose of carrying out the relevant process and in compliance with the legislation. Your personal data is never sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Method of Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact/quote form on our website, by phone, WhatsApp, e-mail and direct communication channels.
7. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for the period necessary for the purpose for which it is processed and for the legal retention periods prescribed in the relevant legislation. After these periods end, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
- Know the third parties to whom the data is transferred at home or abroad
- Request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
- Request deletion or destruction within the conditions set out in the KVKK
- Request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred
- Object to a result against you arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems
- Request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
9. How to Apply
You may submit your requests regarding the rights above, together with documents verifying your identity, in writing to Sarıcıoğlu Mah. Emanet Sk. No:1/F, 44060 Battalgazi / Malatya or by sending them to our e-mail address. Your application is concluded free of charge within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request, under Article 13 of the KVKK; if the process requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
