Sales & Delivery Terms
The basis on which we work with our corporate buyers: minimum order, pricing, samples, payment, delivery and export terms. All details are finalised by mutual agreement at the quotation stage.

1. General
Haroğlu International is a B2B (business-to-business) wholesale supplier operating as a limited company. All our sales are invoiced and official. This page summarises the general framework of our wholesale process; the exact terms for each product and shipment are finalised during the quotation discussion.
2. Minimum Order Quantity
The minimum order is flexible by product group:
- Shells and biomass fuels: usually one truckload (about 21 tonnes); from 10 tonnes on request.
- Animal-feed raw materials: about one truckload (~25 tonnes).
- Natural food products: from a minimum of 100 kg.
3. Pricing
Our prices are updated according to changes in exchange rates and raw-material costs; for this reason we do not publish fixed prices on the site. The current price is shared specifically for your request at the quotation stage via WhatsApp or the contact form. A quote given is binding within the validity period stated.
4. Sample Requests
To help you choose the right product, we send samples on request. Sample and shipping costs are borne by the buyer. You can send your sample request via WhatsApp or the contact form.
5. Payment Terms
We work on advance or term-payment basis; payment terms are finalised in the quotation discussion. For security reasons, our bank and account details are shared only at the quotation and contract stage, through a verified channel. We never publish our bank/IBAN details on this site or in unsolicited e-mails.
6. Delivery & Shipment
We ship from our Malatya and Giresun locations to all provinces of Türkiye. We also carry out international export, primarily to Europe and the Middle East. Domestic shipment is usually by the truckload or in flexible lots; the delivery time is stated at the quotation stage according to the product, quantity and route.
7. Export & Delivery Terms
For international shipments we work on an EXW (ex works) and FOB (free on board) basis. The delivery point, freight responsibility and other details are finalised by agreement with the buyer. Documentation (certificate of origin, invoice, etc.) is prepared in line with export requirements.
8. Quality & Analysis
Products are inspected by us before shipment. The technical values on our site (calorific value, moisture, ash, etc.) are reference ranges taken from the biomass literature; they are not our own laboratory measurements and may vary with the product’s origin, harvest period and moisture. Analysis values for the actual shipment are shared on request.
